AI Chess is intended to be family-friendly. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.
Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
1. Self-Service In-App Deletion
When available, users can delete their account directly from the app using the account deletion option in Settings.
2. Web / Email Request
Users who have uninstalled the app can submit an account deletion request by email.

Include the registered email address or other information needed to identify the account.
3. Data That May Be Deleted
- Firebase Authentication account
- User profile information
- Username and avatar/profile information
- Rating and related statistics
- Referral information and codes
- Stored game-related records associated with the account
- Chat records where applicable
4. Deletion Time
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days, subject to applicable technical, legal, security or fraud-prevention retention requirements.
Virtual Coins & Returns Policy
Virtual rewards in AI Chess are digital in-game items intended for gameplay and entertainment.
Virtual Currency
- Has no real-world cash value
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be converted into cryptocurrency
- Not transferable outside the application
Refunds / Returns
Free gameplay rewards, referral rewards, bonuses and similar virtual items are not cash-equivalent purchases. Account deletion does not create a cash refund entitlement for virtual rewards.

Front Pawn Uniform Design Update
Previously, front pawns could display different visual variants depending on their board column. The pawn design has been standardized.
- All 8 White front pawns use the same classic Staunton-inspired look.
- All 8 Black front pawns use the same classic Staunton-inspired look.
- Smooth pedestal base, collar ring, spherical head and subtle gloss.
- Consistent pawn appearance across every file/column.

App Force Stopping / Auto-Closing Resolved
1. Android Manifest Service Merge Fix
Removed a problematic service override associated with startup package-manager issues and used standard metadata configuration where appropriate.
2. Firebase Singleton Initialization Protection
Firebase-dependent managers could previously throw an IllegalStateException during early startup. Startup handling was changed to use null-safe initialization methods.
3. Fail-Safe Startup
- UserProfileManager initialization is protected.
- ReferralManager initialization is protected.
- Deep-link parsing is protected against startup exceptions.
- Safer Firebase option fallback handling was added where required.
Known startup failure paths were addressed.
